Bayless met his present wife, Ernestine Sclafani, while they were working on the ESPN sports program Cold Pizza. After dating for years, they decided to tie the knot in a small wedding ceremony among close relatives and friends.

This isn’t Bayless’ first marriage. He was previously married to his college girlfriend. The marriage along with other previous four long-term relationships ended for one common reason – his unshakable dedication to his work.

But it seems that’s not the case with his second  marriage. On their first date, Bayless told Sclafani that she will never be more important than his work. Unlike Skips’ other girlfriends, Sclafani got rather impressed with his bluntness.
