Transcript
Paige Wyatt is the daughter of the famous Wyatt Family featured in the Discovery’s show, American Guns.
She was born on October 30, 1994, in Wheat Ridge, Colorado, US.
Growing up, she dreamt of being in the limelight as a model or actress.
However, growing up in the lap of a gunsmith, she got familiar with guns and bullets from an early age.
Paige’s stepfather, Rich Wyatt ran a gun store named Gunsmoke Guns, where he bought and sold guns from hand cannons to hunting rifles.
Rich was also a founder, owner and Firearms Instructor of Gunsmoke Guns while his wife Renee Wyatt was co-owner and business manager.
The whole family was involved in the business; Paige being a Sales Associate and her brother, Kurt being an Engraver, Firearms Instructor and Sales Associate.
Despite American Guns’ good ratings in the first and second seasons, Discovery Channel announced that the show wouldn’t return for the third season.
Discovery made the announcement after the Dec. 14, 2012 massacre at Sandy Hook Elementary in Newtown, Connecticut.
On February 27, 2013, a group of thieves broke into Gunsmoke Guns through a hole in the roof, stealing twelve handguns and three rifles.
The shop was briefly closed the following week after IRS agents arrived armed with a search warrant and it was closed permanently after the ATF raid held in March 2015.
On Feb. 11, 2016, Wyatt was arrested on charges of tax fraud and illegal dealing in firearms without a license.
The family’s show ended, and the company was closed, but Paige, who grew up playing with guns, still has the same passion.
Nowadays, Paige is seen active on Instagram, where she uploads glamorous pictures often posing with guns.
