Helicopters were used to help fight the flames from the air

Ten helicopters and two Super Scoopers were used by LA city and county to help stop the fire spread in La Tuna Park area near Los Angeles, Southern California. About 200 homes were evacuated after a brush fire broke out sending massive plumes of smoke into the air and shutting down an interstate highway
