Eddie Vedder is a celebrated American singer, song writer, musician and multi-instrumentalist. He was born as Edward Louis Severson III on 23rd December, 1964 in Chicago suburb of Evanston, Illinois to Edward Louis Severson, Jr. and Karen Lee Vedder. His parents divorced when he was still an infant and his took Peter Mueller, his step father has his birth father. He is widely known as the lead vocalist of the alternative rock band Pearl Jam and is also one of the three guitarists for the band. He contributes to albums by other artists and is also involved in soundtrack work. He went solo and released his first solo album as a soundtrack for the 2007 film Into the Wild. His second album, Ukulele Songs, was released on May 31, 2011. He started his musical career in the mid 1980s and became a member of the band Bad Radio in 1988. Owing to his powerful and distinctive vocals, he ranks 7th on the Best Lead Singers of All Time list compiled by the Rolling Stones.
Talking about his personal life, he got married to his long-time girlfriend, musician Beth Liebling in 1994. Their marriage, however, did not last much longer and they separated with a divorce after only 6 years of marriage in 2000. After dating or a really long time, he married Jill McCormick in 18 September, 2010. His wife is a model. The couple welcomed their first child, a daughter Olivia in 2004. They have been blessed with another daughter, Harper born in 2008. Eddie seems to be enjoying his blissful family life and from the looks of it, it can easily be predicted that divorce is certainly out of the picture for many years to come. He is an avid baseball lover and enjoys baseball during his free time. He has been a die hard fan of the Chicago Clubs for a long time and likes Chicago Bulls and Chicago Bears.
