83 and still doing wonders. American actress Jane Fonda will be receiving the Cecil B. DeMille Award at the 2021 Golden Globe Awards alongside Tom Hanks, Oprah Winfrey, and Jeff Bridges.

While this is her first-ever Cecil B. DeMille award, the actress has collected tons of golds and medals from her acting career. Following her film Period of Adjustment in 1962, she rose to fame and went on to star in several movies like Sunday in New York (1963), Cat Ballou (1965), Barefoot in the Park (1967), and Barbarella (1968).

The actress then received the Academy Award for Best Actress for Klute (1971) and Coming Home (1978).

On top of being an astonishing actress, Jane also involved herself in the health industry for a long time. Her workout video, Jane Fonda’s Workout in 1982, became the highest-selling VHS of all time.

After selling a little over million copies around several places, Jane released 23 workout videos, five workout books, and thirteen audio programs.

Following 15 years of halt, she released two new fitness videos on DVD in 2010.

Jane as an activist and author

Soon after the divorce, she exchanged vows with Tom Hayden. But unfortunately, they separated in 1990. And Similarly to her first wedlock, Fonda kept the details regarding the split away from the spotlight.

A year after the divorce, Jane married Ted Turner. But the marriage did not last long as the couple finalized their divorced in 2001. Jane has a total of three kids from all her marriages.

During her later years, Jane was diagnosed with breast cancer and osteoporosis. In 2010 she underwent a lumpectomy. She later revealed that she had removed the cancerous growth from her lower lip. But as of 2021, the actress has recovered from all her illness.
