She was born and raised for most of her childhood in Westchester County, New York, United States. She was born as a daughter to billionaire father, Nelson Peltz, who was the previous owner of the Snapple brand and mother, Claudia, who was a former model. Her breakthrough role as Katara came in the 2010 movie The Last Airbender. The role got her some attention and she was cast in the A&E television series Bates Motel as Bradley Martin. She still plays the role in the series. She landed the female lead in the upcoming movie, Transformers: Age of Extinction which is the fourth movie of the Transformers franchise.
