Miguel Angel Silvestre is a Spanish actor best known for his portrayal of the real life Cali Cartel drug dealer Franklin Jurado in the successful Netflix original series Narcos. The actor joined the cast of the American crime drama series in 2017 and appeared as a recurring cast member in its third season.
