Kim Kardashian followed the Atkins diet to shed the extra pounds she gained while she was pregnant with her second child, son Saint West.

In July 2016, she told E! News that she had reached her goal weight, all thanks to the Atkins diet. “I think if you just really stay motivated and focused, the Atkins diet was so easy for me because there’s so many sweets and treats that keep you satisfied along the way,” said the reality star.

She also explained how important it is to have people around you who are into working out and eating right for support during weight loss.
