Before their breakup news was publicized, Musk and Heard apparently spent some time together in Australia where Heard is currently filming her new movie, Aquaman. Most recently, she was spotted having lunch with the tech mogul at Los Angeles’ Sweet Butter on Friday.
A source revealed, “They were very casual and dined in.” They also shared that Elon had his arm around his ex-girlfriend as they were waiting for their order. Is reconciliation on the cards?

Elon Musk and Amber Heard talk about relationship in joint interview
Musk and Heard recently talked to Gold Coast Bulletin about the status of their relationship. The interview specially aimed to defend Heard’s reputation, which has come under scrutiny from fans of the Tesla CEO.
Musk explained that long distance has been detrimental to their relationship and they weren’t being able to see each other much.
On behalf of the both of them, Musk told the outlet, “We would like to state directly that we have the utmost respect for one another, and it would be troubling if anyone had the impression that we thought otherwise.”
Elon Musk hinted at reconciliation in his Instagram comment
In the middle of the breakup drama, Musk took to Instagram (Amber’s, not his) to clear the air about their separation. On August 10, Musk commented on Amber’s Instagram photo writing that although they have broken up, they remain close and are friends.
Musk also hinted at a possible reunion with his model ex-girlfriend. “Long distance relationships when both partners have intense work obligations are always difficult, but who knows what the future holds,” continued Musk.
