Chase Landry is a professional alligator hunter, best known for his appearance in the History channel series, Swamp People.

Landry was born on April 25, 1989, in Pierre Part, LA, to an alligator hunter, Troy Landry and school teacher, Bernita.

He has two brothers, Brandon and Jacob.

The Landrys have been hunting alligators for the past five generations, leading to Chase's interest in hunting.

Chase, along with his father and older brother, Jacob, has been hunting alligators in and out of the reality TV series, Swamp People.

He started appearing in the show in season 3, working beside cast members like RJ and Jay Paul Molinere.

The show premiered on August 22, 2010, and is currently running in its ninth season.

In August 2016, when Louisiana was hit with a flood, he spent five days rescuing the victims on his homemade, 20-foot aluminum flat-bottom boat.

On 18 March 2017, Chase, and his wife, Chelsea Kinsey, welcomed their first baby, Riley Blake Landry.

Unfortunately, in the same year, he got arrested and was taken to jail for allegedly firing on a shrimp boat while he was hunting.

After he was arrested, he claimed that he shot the plastic gas can which was on top of the cabin of the boat, to prevent the boat from sinking.

Chase is fairly active on social media and has over 55k followers on his Twitter account.

The skilled alligator hunter has a net worth of approximately $200,000 as of 2018.
