Beyonce and Jay-Z are moving into a luxury mansion in Bel-Air, Los Angeles! The Carters are reportedly about to close escrow on a $100 million property in the high profile West Hollywood area.

It’s no secret that the power couple have been searching for a perfect house for a few years now. In April, they made a $120 million bid for the 8 bedroom home, which had an asking price of $135 million.
The house encompasses 30,000 square feet of living space and has an additional 10,000 square feet of outdoor space. The fully furnished house has 11 bathrooms, 4 swimming pools, a recording studio, and a basketball court.
The mansion, designed by Paul McClean and built by famous developer Dean McKillen, sits at the end of a stone-paved driveway line by olive trees. It also features a library, a screening room, and a sauna room.

Beyonce & Jay-Z moved into a $400,000 rental in June
The parents of three moved into a rental mansion in Malibu in June this year. According to Life & Style magazine, they are paying $400K a month for the lavish property.
The estate known as La Villa Contenta has 10 bedrooms, 14 bathrooms, a home theater, a wine cellar, tennis court and multiple swimming pools.
The mansion is currently on the market for $54 million!
