Alaskan Bush People Rain Brown was battling mental struggles!
Alaskan Bush People stars have been through a lot this year, and it seems like a series of unfortunate events isn’t leaving them anytime soon. Rain Brown struggled with mental health issues. First, the Brown family had to deal with Ami Brown’s health struggles as she battled stage 4 lung cancer.
Following Ami’s critical health condition, the Browns moved to Washington to stay close to a hospital and start a new life. Most recently, Matt, the eldest son of the Brown family, re-entered rehab for alcohol abuse after suffering yet another relapse.
Is Rain Brown Okay?
Amid all these mishaps, Rain Brown opened up about her ongoing health condition. She first talked about her depression in October 2017 amid her mother’s health struggles, and after a year, she has spoken up again.
The 15-year-old admitted that she had recently lost sight of herself and her grip on her life. Rain has talked about how stressful her life has been after they moved to their new homestead in an Instagram post.
She has dropped some words of advice via her post, saying,
“If you find yourself overthinking, overwhelmed, and just plain stressed? Take a break, rebuild yourself, find yourself again and I promise you, you will come out better in the end.”
Stay strong, Rain! We know that you can find your way out of these circumstances.
