Adrien Brody can be the perfect example if you want some discipline and weight loss tips. He flaunted major body change during 2002’s The Pianist.

The 44-year-old actor often mentions how body transformation helps to transform the mindset of a person and make them work more orderly. For The Pianist, in his body frame of 6 ft, he shrunk to 130 pounds - losing 30 pounds.

Brody made himself underweight but perfect for the portrayal of the Polish Jewish musician Wladyslaw Szpilman, which led him to an Academy Award win at the very young age of 29. Later, for 2005’s action drama King Kong, the New York born actor and producer reshaped himself.

But this time, he achieved his weight transformation not by starving himself but with the help of crunches, push-ups, pull-ups, and running 2 miles a day. As always, he used his major tool - discipline -  to make things work out and that has surely pay him back.
