Shawn Ellington aka Murder Nova was born on November 15, 1979, in Merced, California. In 1982, he later moved to Sayre, Oklahoma with his family. He and his father had few hobby cars in the auto shop. They used to work around to experiment and made them faster. He got wide exposure after appearing on Street Outlaws.
