Continuum actress Rachel Nichols isn’t one to sit still and look pretty. She loves performing action scenes and prefers “the physicality of roles.” “I like being able to invest my body in it, as much as my mind,” Rachel said to Collider in a 2013 interview.
Surely, the star must be conscious about maintaining her body measurements of 35-24-34 inches. As a matter of fact, her hourglass figure is the result of pilates and cardio. She revealed to Shape magazine in 2012 that she works out every day except Sundays and gives her body a break from work in the month of August.
When it comes to eating plans, a healthy diet is the way to go! But, Rachel admits that she loves eating junk food on her cheat days.
For her role in 2009’s G.I. Joe, Rachel had to get buffed. So, she trained every day and she did look like she had put on a lot of muscle in the movie. She usually trains with a personal trainer and her workout playlist contains tracks from the likes of Tupac, Eminem, and Biggie.
