In early 2003, Joey Greco and the Cheaters crew got into a verbal argument with a man in a boat after accusing that he was cheating on his girlfriend. The man quickly scuffled to stab Joey Greco in the abdomen. Greco was quickly taken to the shore in another boat for urgent medical treatment.
