Aniston was born on February 11, 1969, as a daughter of Greek immigrant actor John Aniston and an American actress Nancy Dow. She discovered acting at a young age of 11 while she was attending Waldorf School. Later, to pursue her career in acting, Aniston enrolled and graduated from Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School of Music & Art and Performing Arts.
