Heidi Klum was able to lose a significant amount of baby weight in preparation of her Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show after the birth of her first son.

Klum said in 2009 that the secret to her weight loss was getting into shape immediately after childbirth.

“I never really put a lot of pressure on myself, but for me personally, I feel like it is always better to get into shape immediately . . . it works to kind of get back into shape, afterward, I feel great,” said the supermodel.

She also insisted that there are no tricks to weight loss. “I’ve never really had any special girdle machines or anything like that. For me, it’s, you know, really healthy foods, exercising, playing with the children, going to the park. Normal things.”
