Gold Rush Season 9: Tony Beets’ Master Plan to Beat Parker Schnabel
According to the network, Gold Rush season 9 will come up with “new miners, new rivalries and brand-new claims.” An aspiring miner, Rick Ness, will show up as a mine boss with a claim of his own after working under Parker Schnabel for six years.
New Rivalries in Gold Rush Season 9
With his life savings, Rick has put everything on the line and has recruited a crew of his Wisconsin pals, who left behind their jobs and families with the dream of becoming rich. He is determined to prove his dad wrong, who predicted he would return home “broke and empty-handed with no friends.”
As a long-time miner and rival Todd Hoffman is gone, you might think things have gotten easier for Parker. But, that’s not the case. Furthermore, Parker is in rivalry with legendary Klondike miner Tony Beets, who has a master plan this season. Taking two ancient dredges, Tony plans to turn around some major profit and beat Parker’s previous season record of 6000 ounces of gold worth $7.2m.
Parker’s initial plan was to return to Tony’s ground and deliver more than the previous season, but things didn’t go as planned. While things were already getting tougher for Parker without Rick and his girlfriend, Ashley Youle, Tony is trying to teach him a lesson. Similarly, the conflict between him and Tony sounds interesting enough for Fans can’t wait to watch the drama.
The most anticipated season will return on October 12 at 9 p.m. ET/PT. And the show, The Dirt, is coming back at 8 pm the same day. Moreover, The Dirt will provide viewers an opportunity to get access to behind-the-scenes, cutting-room floor material, which is never featured in the show.
