After the tragic death of her husband and legendary NASCAR racer Dale Earnhardt, Teresa Earnhardt took over Dale Earnhardt, Inc.

Along with Earnhardt’s name and company, Teresa also took over his other remaining properties and built on it.

Following the power struggle that ended with Dale Jr. leaving the company, DEI merged with Chip Ganassi in 2008.

However, Earnhardt’s brand ownership in NASCAR nearly became extinct after Chip Ganassi dropped his name in 2014.

As the majority of her business in NASCAR has faded, we wonder how much is Teresa’s net worth in 2018?

Born on October 29, 1958, in Hickory, North Carolina, she holds a degree in commercial art and interior design.

Teresa tied the knot with Dale Earnhardt Sr. in 1982. She has three stepchildren and a daughter of her own.

She served as the head of DEI for Busch Series and Craftsman Truck Series championships in the late 90s and early 2000s.

Although there may be arguments on whether she carried Earnhardt’s legacy successfully, she definitely worked hard to preserve it.

She still continues her husband’s legacy through the Dale Earnhardt Foundation – a charitable organization.

Since 2010, she has remained far from the media attention and resides in her luxury home in Palm Beach, Florida.

As of 2018, she has accumulated a decent net worth of $50 million mainly through Dale Earnhardt, Inc.
