Memorials of Confederate soldiers in New Orleans, Louisiana are taken down

The Confederate Memorial figures standing in the New Orleans, Lousiana being removed

After the declaration of the city council, that Confederate statue had been a public nuisance, the four monuments were removed in April. The monuments were of Confederate General P.G.T. Beauregard, Davis and Lee.
