Clementine McVeigh has given birth to her baby daughter! She welcomed her child on Tuesday, a week earlier than expected. This is her third child with husband Jarrad McVeigh.

Jarrad McVeigh announced the news on Sydney Swans website

The Sydney Swans player revealed to the team’s official website that his wife had given birth to a healthy baby girl, whom they have named Florence.

They were expecting Florence on Monday, September 18 but apparently they “sped things up” so that McVeigh could play the AFL semi-final against the Geelong Cats on Friday.

“We tried to put a few things in place because she was actually due next Monday, so we sped things up a bit,” he said.

The heavily pregnant AFL WAG still managed to slay in her photos as she celebrated her baby shower. McVeigh took to Instagram to post envious photos of herself flaunting her flawless figure. She wore a floral Dolce & Gabbana frock, which accentuated the mother to be’s pregnancy as she posed with her hands caressing her bump in one of the photos.

McVeigh accessorized the look with multi-coloured pumps and sunglasses, while her hair was tied neatly in a bun.

She also posted a sweet photo with her sister Florencia Paloma Seton, which she captioned, “SISTER LOVE.”

Bittersweet memories: McVeigh’s first baby passed away at four weeks

Clementine and Jarrad welcomed their first daughter, Luella, in 2011. Tragically, Leulla passed away due to heart complications a month after her birth.

In 2012, Jarred said to The Daily Telegraph, “There isn’t a day goes by when I don’t think about her.”

“There was a little spirit in her that everyone who saw her could feel. She was a very strong little girl. She went through a lot of trauma with four operations and kept fighting back [but] it came to a point where there was nothing anyone could do,” he continued.

Clementine and Jarrad are also parents to their second daughter, Lolita-Luella McVeigh, who was born on 8 July, 2012.
