One of the renowned stage and television actor, director and producer, ‘Carl Anthony Payne’ was born on 24th May, 1969 in Trenton, New Jersey, U.S. He is best known for playing the role of Cole Brown in the Fox network’s television series ‘Martin’. Carl is also recognized for playing the recurring role of Theo Huxtable’s best friend, Cockroach in NBC’s television series ‘The Cosby Show’.
