Billy Magnussen started his career from theater appearing in the play The Ritz in 2007 and continued his career appearing in minor roles in movies. In returned to stage to play the role of Spike in critically acclaimed play ‘Vanya and Masha and Sonia and Spike’ in 2012. He starred alongside Kristine Nielsen, Sigourney Weaver and David Hyde Pierce in the play.
