Born and raised in Charlotte, North California, the 33-year-old news host is presently based in Sydney, Australia where she is a freelancer news correspondent for Fox News.

She also fills in on Australian morning news shows. In one of such airings, on September 7, Kooiman revealed that she was pregnant with her first child. She is expecting a baby boy with her husband, Tim Stuckey. Take a look at her baby bump!
