1. Khloé Kardashian
Keeping Up with the Kardashians fans might remember Khloé as being bigger than all of her sisters. However, those days are long gone now. After giving birth to daughter True Thompson, Khloe lost more than 30 pounds in a little over 3 months.
"If you were to ask me five years ago if ... I would be an inspiration to many others, that I would be the push that others needed to find their way. I would’ve laughed in your face. Me? The chubby one? No way!"
Khloé has documented her weight-loss journey on Instagram. In an interview with Women’s Health Magazine, she admitted that her weight loss journey was motivated by her separation from Lamar Odom.
2. Kelly Osbourne
Kelly Osbourne is one of those celebrities who lost some serious pounds after appearing on Dancing with the Stars. After joining the show in 2009, Kelly shed off around 70 pounds and learned some healthy habits for-keeping it off. She told Shape Magazine in 2009,
"My partner [Louis van Amstel] made me eat turkey burgers and salads and explained to me that a high-protein, low-carb diet would keep me energized. Then I started losing weight and realized, 'Oh, it’s true what they say: Diet and exercise really work!'"
Now, she routinely works out with a trainer to stay in shape, committing to at least 30 minutes a day of cardio and still follows a strict diet plan.
3. June Shannon
June Shannon aka Mama June’s weight loss journey has been an inspiring yet controversial story. Remember her from days on TLC’s reality shows, Here Comes Honey Boo Boo and Toddlers and Tiaras. You may not recognize her current avatar if you have missed her reality show, Mama June: From Not to Hot, which chronicled her journey of shedding off a whopping 330 pounds.
She slimmed down from 460 pounds to the thinner version of herself by late 2016 after getting gastric sleeve surgery and following strict diets and workouts. She believes that there's nothing wrong if her daughters would consider undergoing surgery if it helps build their confidence. On the contrary, the scenario is quite the opposite with her daughters as they say they love their curves and find their mother's transformation unnecessary.
4. Jonah Hill
Jonah Hill’s weight yo-yos for every role he takes. He has headlined for weight loss for several years. He first revealed losing 30-pounds before the production of 21 Jump Street began back in 2011. At the time, he hired a nutritionist and a personal trainer to get into shape.
However, after gaining more than 40 pounds for War Dogs in 2016, he has been continuously slimming down. He flaunted a much trimmer physique in 2017 and surprised everyone with his slender body at the 2018 Met Gala in May. As of now, he seems focused on maintaining his slim profile.
5. Jennifer Hudson
American Idol alum Jennifer Hudson went from being fat to fab after teaming up with Weight Watchers in 2009. In 2010, she lost a massive 80 pounds and became the spokesperson for Weight Watchers the same year.

6. Gabourey Sidibe
Precious, the 2009 drama movie catapulted American actress Gabourey Sidibe to the limelight. It was not only her Academy Award-nominated performance that captured the attention of millions of people but also her large physique.
You can’t avoid being scrutinized when you are in the glamor world and weight issues can often lessen your self-confidence. And it’s not that easy to embrace body shaming comments. Same was the case for Gabourey, who struggled with overweight issues since her childhood.
From high-school bullies to depression, bulimia and anxiety in her adult life, the actress suffered a lot. However, after she and her older brother Ahmed were diagnosed with Type-2 Diabetes, she decided to go for bariatric surgery and lost more than 50 pounds. Since the procedure, Sidibe has changed her eating habits, working with a nutritionist. She has also upped her fitness regimen, working out with a trainer, swimming and riding a tricycle. She told People,
“I’m glad that I finally realized that surgery wasn’t an easy way out. I wasn’t cheating by getting it done. I wouldn’t have been able to lose as much as I’ve lost without it.”
She has detailed her journey of weight loss journey in her book, This Is Just My Face: Try Not to Stare. The 35-year-old has inspired overweight people around the world to be confident with your own body.
7. Jimmy Kimmel
The American TV host wasn’t always concerned about his health like he is now. Kimmel weighed 208 pounds and had an unsanitary eating habit until he lost 25 pounds in 2010. Since then, he has been fasting two days a week to maintain his weight around 180 pounds.
The comedian’s eating habits might sound quite insane to you. He eats less than 500 calories by drinking coffee and eating a lot of pickles on Mondays and Thursdays, but rest of the days, he eats whatever he wants and how much he wants. We don’t recommend you do it this way, but it seems to have worked out perfectly for him. Now, our favorite comedian is funnier than ever.

“I had my entire digestive system removed, so I should look thinner.”
9. Austin “Chumlee” Russell
Pawn Stars famed Austin “Chumlee” Russell’s weight loss journey started off a few years back. In 2014, he surprised fans for the first time with some significant weight loss when he was on a New Year’s vacation with his then-girlfriend, Tanya Hyjazi.
His chef girlfriend propounded him to follow a well-balanced diet and as we all witnessed, the aftermath of it was astounding with Chumlee trimming down 70 lbs within a year. While he was doing fine giving up all the junk food and working out six days a week, he underwent gastric sleeve surgery earlier this year.
Starting at 320 pounds in 2013, he has lost some significant weight. But, it might take a little more effort from him to reach his targeted weight of 170 pounds. Many miss the old chubby Chumlee, but they have also been welcoming his slimmer avatar with open arms.
