Paula Zahn said, three generations of her family have been cancer victims. Both her maternal and paternal grandmothers died of cancer and her father lost life in a battle against lymphoma. However, her mother has survived breast cancer twice. She says if her father was diagnosed with cancer today, he would survive. She has been a cancer advocate and raising awareness about the treatment of cancer through her shows.
