Paul Teutul Jr is the star of the reality series American Chopper and the co-founder of Orange County Choppers (OCC). He founded OCC with his father, Paul Teutul Sr which led the way for his show American Choppers making way for his huge net worth of $10 million.
Paul Teutul Jr and his father started Orange Country Choppers
Paul Teutul was born on October 2, 1974. He and his father, Paul Teutul Sr shared a mutual interest in motorcycles and they turned their interest into a business by founding Orange County Choppers. The company was established in 1999 in New York with the purpose of providing custom motorcycles to customers all over the country along with a custom line of clothing.
Their customer base and fan base were increasing as the custom bikes created by OCC caught the attention of any and every person that walked by it. In 2002 Discovery channel started a reality TV series American Choppers with Orange County Choppers where the father son duo made custom motor cycles and tested it out. The designs were handled by Paul Teutul Jr.
Paul Teutul Jr quits OCC and starts Paul Jr designs
On April 9, 2009 Paul Teutul Jr left Orange County Choppers when he and his father Teutul Cr got into a disagreement in an episode of American Chopper. He and his father tried to settle the arguments as he joined OCC again but on the April 30 show of 2009 Paul officially left the show without hard feelings. He is still involved with OCC as a consultant and when his Teutul Cr has to be away from town.
After he quit the company he built with his father he started his own design firm with the name Paul Jr Designs. He initially designed a dog park in Montgomery, New York in 2009. After waiting out his one year non-compete clause he started to build custom motor-cycle designs. His plan was to rival OCC as the best custom bike designers and now competes head to head with them till now. His bikes are featured in a new spin off show American Chopper: Senior Vs Junior.
Paul Teutul Jr is the first son of father Paul Teutul Sr and mother Paula Teutul, his father’s first wife. He has two brothers Daniel and Micheal Teutal. Danial is the owner/general manager of Orange County Ironworks LLC and Michael was featured on the show American Choppers. He married Racheal Biester on August 20, 2010 on the Bonnet Island Estate in New Jersey. Their son Hudson Seven Teutul was born on February 3, 2015.
