Halsey x Lauren Jauregui's Strangers is OUT! What's next for Lauren?

It looks like Fifth Harmony’s Lauren Jauregui might be releasing more new music soon. The singer has recently collaborated with Halsey on her new album, Hopeless Fountain Kingdom.

Their single, Strangers, was released on May 25, 2017. Lauren is also preparing to collaborate with other music artists.

EDM music producer Steve Aoki shared two photos of Lauren and him in a studio on his Snapchat story on February 15, 2017. As a caption, Aoki wrote, “Big things coming.”

Lauren also dropped a hint about her new music. The singer took to her official Twitter @LaurenJauregui to announce her collaboration with Aoki by tweeting a pic of Aoki and her with the caption, “Anywaaaaay I'm excited @steveaoki is a hommieee❤️❤️❤️”

Her upcoming solo project follows her debut solo venture in December of last year when she released the single, Back to Me, with music duo Marian Hill. Lauren also co-wrote the song, which peaked at number 3 on the Billboard Twitter Top Tracks charts in early 2017.

Lauren isn’t the only one to pursue music deviating from Fifth Harmony. Camila Cabello, who exited the group in December 2016, already has a few hits (I Know What You Did Last Summer, Hey Ma, Crying in the Club, and Bad Things, under her belt.

Normani Kordei has released a few covers on her own including Solange’s Cranes in the Sky, and Don’t Touch My Hair, and Ally Brooke covered Tears For Fears’ Mad World on January 25, 2017.
