Katherine Timpf's journey as a news reporter and initial career choice

Katherine Timpf’s rise to anchor desk is more than typical! After graduation from Hillsdale College, Katherine tried her luck in journalism and did pretty well for herself. She currently appears as an associate for Fox News Channel. It was ‘The Greg Gutfeld Show’ that made Katherine Timpf a celebrity. In the show, Katherine gives political commentary, conveying her libertarian and millennial views. She joined FNC in 2015.

Apart from ‘The Greg Gutfeld Show’, Katherine has also made guest appearances in various other Fox News Channel shows. Her take as a contributor for FNC includes her appearance as a correspondent at National Review, where she often pens topics ranging from government to culture, using satire, humor, and sarcasm. She has an experience in standup comedy, performing in clubs throughout the United States.

Her initial career included her exposure as a video reporter for the Leadership Institute’s Campus Reform and as a digital editor for ‘The Washington Times’, before taking a role of reporter and producer for California’s Traffic Network.   Additionally, Katherine has made numerous television and radio appearances, including shows like ‘Red Eye’, ‘American Live with Megyn Kelly’, ‘Stossel’, ‘The Nightly Show with Larry Wilmore’, and many others. 

In March 2016, Katherine began hosting a weekly podcast named ‘The Kat Timpf Show'. The show lets Katherine give her take on the personal life of Americans and delves into culture or whatever random subject she wants to talk about.
