Jennifer Connelly’s diet and workout regime revealed

Former model and actor Jennifer Connelly is a well-known personality in Hollywood. She is often praised for the thin figure and facial structure she possesses and has been sought after for maintaining a youthful appearance even with her growing age. 

Jennifer has a naturally slim figure which has not distorted a bit even after giving birth to three children. According to sources, Jennifer’s body measurements are 34-24-34 inches. She is 5.5 feet tall and weighs approximately 54 kg.

Jennifer has credited yoga and running as the major reasons of her fitness. She has been running 3-4 days a week since past many years, even if it’s for ten minutes. She says running gives her a meditating sensation that keeps her calmly energetic for the rest of the day. 

Other than exercising and practicing yoga, Jennifer sticks to a healthy diet plan to maintain her beautiful appearance. Her diet basically allows her to consume protein and healthy fats. In addition, she regularly consumes green apples. 

Consumption of antioxidant-rich food and use of high-quality cosmetic products have given a rich glow to her face which is clearly visible even in her mid-40s. She was a strict vegan prior to the birth of her first baby.  

Acclaimed as one of the most beautiful women in the world by various magazines like Vanity Fair, Los Angeles Times, Esquire and Time, Connelly has been the face of Balenciaga and Revlon. She also became the first global face of the Japanese multinational company Shiseido Company on 2012.
