Jane Skinner was born on February 12, 1967 in Chicago, Illinois to Sam Skinner, a former White House Chief of Staff and Secretary of Transportation, and his wife Honey Jacobs. Presently Jane Skinner is 50 years old, and she is living with her husband Roger Goodell and their twin daughters in Westchester, New York.
