Grant Hart formed Husker Du with Bob Mould and Greg Norton in 1979 in Minnesota. He met Mould at a record store. He used to deal marijuana to Mould and they soon became friends. Hart was the drummer while Mould was the guitarist and vocalist of Husker Du. Norton was the bassist of the band.
