Hong Soo-hyun is one of the prevalent on-screen actresses of the South Korean movie and television universe who is widely recognized for delivering outstanding performance in 2011 period drama series The Princess’ Man. She is additionally known for her appearance in quirky comedy series History of a Salaryman.
Involved in modeling since her high school days, Soo-hyun started her official acting career in 1999 by playing the role of Hong Soo Jin in the TV drama series KAIST. That same year, she made a guest appearance on the TV show called Ghost.
After making a few guest appearances, she got the breakthrough role of her career in the television sitcom Delicious Proposal in 2001. She received great appreciation for delivering remarkable performance in the series.
