She told to LA Times in 2012, “It’s really crazy, but I’ve always found that no matter how crazy the schedule is that exercise has to be a priority for myriad reasons, including all the vain ones, but also the health ones. I want to look good, but that pressure is strictly from myself because it plays into being the best that I can be, both behind and in front of the camera.”
An avid runner, Jenna likes to spice it up with a varied workout schedule. In a 2011 interview, she shared that she has a keen interest in doing something new every day, which led her to spend most of her workout time in gym and yoga classes. Jenna revealed that she usually likes to have eggs and Greek yogurt to keep her energy up.
Jenna also shared that she keeps distance from coffee as it creates a problem in reading the teleprompter. She enjoys spin classes, music yoga classes, and also takes her husband hiking with her.
