Eminem became the second ever musician to have three diamond certified singles by the RIAA.
Just a few days ago, the Oscar and Grammy-winning single, Lose Yourself, from the movie, 8 Mile, earned the distinction.
The song is one of the few songs that has managed to move over 10 million units in the U.S.
He is now one of the only twoartists in the U.S. with three singles which have reached the coveted position.
The other artistis Katy Perry, who accomplished the feat first. Her three diamond certified singles are Dark Horse, Roar, and Firework.
‘Lose Yourself’ joinedthe rapper’s two other diamond certified singles, Not Afraid and Love The Way You Lie.
Lady Gaga is the only other artist with more than one diamond single.
Now, it will be interestingto see which of the artist will be the only one to have four diamond chart-owners.
