David Boreanaz is an American actor, TV producer, and director best known for playing a role of Angel on Buffy The Vampire Slayer from 1997 to 2003.

David Boreanaz was born on May 16, 1969, in Buffalo, New York to a weather forecaster, Dave Roberts, and a travel agent Patti Boreanaz. When he was 7, his family relocated to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He has two elder sisters namely Bo and Beth. He has Italian ancestry from his father's side, whereas has half Slovakian and partly German, Irish, Swiss and French descents from his mother's side.
He was brought up in Catholic faiths and firstly sent to Rosemont School of Holy Child in Rosemont, Pennsylvania.
