Lockheed Martin CEO, Marillyn Hewson has held as many as twenty positions at the company over the course of three decades. These positions include President of Lockheed Martin Systems Integration,  President and General Manager of Kelly Aviation Center, L.P, President of Lockheed Martin Logistics Services and Executive Vice President of Global Sustainment for Lockheed Martin Aeronautics.

Marillyn's diverse and long-term contribution to Lockheed Martin has been awarded attractive compensations. Reportedly, she made a total of $25 million in 2013 alone. That year, she had a base salary of $1.34 million, but the fulfillment of her annual and long-term goals added the extra millions to her account. In fact, her base salary makes up only 10% of her total annual earnings. In 2013, she was awarded $8.16 million in stock and earned $9.41 million in pension.

In 2014, Marillyn had a salary of $1.5 million, which increased to $1.6 million a year later. Her total compensation decreased to $17.9 million in 2014 while in 2015, she accumulated a whopping $20.2 million.

In 2015, she received $8.9 million in stock and was awarded $9.09 million in bonus. In April of that year, The Washington Post reported that Marillyn was the highest paid female CEO of the year. Her total net worth hasn't been revealed but we can easily assume that it is a hefty amount.
