Cheryl has recently put her Hertfordshire mansion on the market following her move to boyfriend Liam Payne’s home in Surrey in February.

A ‘for sale or rent’ board has been erected on the property, which the Girls Aloud singer reportedly bought for £5 million back in 2015. According to sources, the rent for the property has been estimated to be around £18,746 per month.

The mansion is a six-bedroom eco-friendly building, which was designed by the company, Living in Space. It covers an area of 8000 square feet and consists of an indoor swimming pool, steam room, and a gym. The spacious home was awarded an International Property Award in 2014.

The soon-to-be mother lived in the mansion for two years while she was married to her second husband, Jean-Bernard Fernandez-Versini. Cheryl and Liam began dating in early 2016 and will soon be welcoming their first baby.

Cheryl’s mother and younger brother were spotted outside her home on moving day, helping with boxes.
