The brilliant syndicated columnist Charles Krauthammer is dead after losing almost a year-long battle with cancer on Thursday. He is survived by his wife, Robyn, and son, Daniel.

Charles, the winner of Pulitzer prize, was pronounced dead on June 21, Thursday. He endured the pain of chronic disease, malignant cancer for a long time after he underwent surgery in August last year.
The enormously talented man who has defeated unbelievable odds and overcome obstacles, encountered a foe over which he said he cannot claim victory. In early June 2018, he sent a letter to the readers on the Washington Post’s website where he wrote about his “final verdict.”
In the note, he announced that he only has a few weeks to live following the painful battle with aggressive cancer.

He underwent surgery in August 2017, and his sudden absence from the Twitter left his fans astonished. His followers then took to Twitter to get updates about his health condition. Many even predicted his probable death.
